Last week, Councillor Anthony Rowlands visited one of the 178 HAPpy camps running across Hertfordshire this summer. He spoke to children and parents about what they like about the camps. More than 45,000 places have already been booked at camps this year, but there are still some places available for children eligible for free school meals.
