Healthwatch Hertfordshire is working with Hertfordshire County Council to help ensure they are adequately supporting people who are trying to give up smoking. We want to reach as many Hertfordshire residents as possible to gather lived experiences and insights about smoking. This is a crucial step in ensuring services are tailored to meet the needs of Hertfordshire residents and that everyone has access to the right support.
We aim to connect with people who smoke, people who used to smoke, and friends and family of those who smoke. This will help us understand:
- What might encourage people to use Stop Smoking services.
- Any barriers preventing access to support.
- Insights from the community that can shape future services.
