From National Highways:
Our work will involve repairing the road surface on the northbound carriageway between junction 11 and 11a, to ensure the M1 remains in a safe and serviceable condition. During this closure we’ll also be carrying out maintenance work to minimise disruption to the public.
Due to the length of the repairs, we’ll need to close the motorway overnight for six nights from Monday 9 September between 10pm and 5am, when traffic levels are at their lowest. Each closure will have fully signed diversion routes in place.
