Dear Residents,
We wanted to provide a brief update following yesterday’s hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice.
The case was adjourned and will now continue at a further hearing scheduled for 7 May. This was a procedural decision by the Court to allow additional information to be properly considered
Current Position
- Existing legal measures, including the injunction, remain in place
- There is no change to the current enforcement position at this time
- Relevant authorities continue to monitor the situation closely
- The Parish Council remains in contact with:
- Dacorum Borough Council
- Dacorum Police
Reporting
Residents are asked to continue reporting any concerns as before:
- 999 – in an emergency
- 101 – for non-emergency matters
- Crimestoppers – anonymously
