Local service priorities in Hertfordshire and West Essex
The Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) have commissioned Healthwatch Hertfordshire and Healthwatch Essex to support with the development of an Integrated Care Strategy monitoring framework. The framework will include quantitative metrics collected by the ICP, while Healthwatch Hertfordshire and Essex will gather lived experience from Hertfordshire and West Essex residents.
The ambitious goal is to ensure all voices are heard and to inform local service provisions. The survey is an opportunity for people to share their health and wellbeing priorities, what is working well, what can be improved, the feedback will help decision makers understand how best to support you in maintaining your health and wellbeing.
